Victorinox Swiss Classic 3" Paring Knife - Serrated
Victorinox Swiss Classic 3" Paring Knife - Serrated
We find these little serrated paring knives to be infinitely useful for tons of kitchen tasks. The serrated edges hold an incredible edge, and can tackle all sorts of tasks, from peeling garlic and shallots, to halving cherry tomatoes and other small foods. The Swiss classic series from Victorinox have slightly more sleek feeling handles than the classic patented Fibrox handles. Their blades are still stamped from high carbon stainless steel, heat treated and ground with precision. The handles are NSF approved and are molded from high quality polymers with minimal nooks and crannies for unhygienic bacteria.
Victorinox's kitchen knives are used in almost every restaurant and butchers shop in America at this point, and for a good reason. Their knives offer extreme durability, ergonomics, ease of sharpening and maintenance, and better edge life than name brands twice the price (looking at you H. & W. ). Victorinox was founded in 1884 by Karl Elsener in Switzerland, and is also famous for designing and producing the universally adored Swiss Army knives.
